I wasn’t sure what to expect when I announced the Epic Edits Flickr Group last week, but I’m pleasantly surprised at the number of people who have joined and the number of really great photos that have been submitted to the pool. I thought I would need to keep pulling my favorites from outside of the pool for a week or two, but it turns out I didn’t have to.

Wow! Three of my pictures here! THNX for the comment the_wolf_brigade! When I look out of my window and see the grey sky and win blowing through the trees I can just think of that day last summer when I went into my backyard to try out my brothers extension tubes. Every little insect I saw I ran after until it sat still somewhere. A lot of misses since it is all manual focus work, but some turned out so good!

Sweet, two of mine made it. Thank you so much.

There are only a few groups that I check on a daily basis at Flickr, but yours is definitely one of them. The quality of the photography and the photographers makes this an exciting community.
