		<description>Sounds like a similar deal to Adobe's pre-revised terms of service for Photoshop Express.  I don't know how they would intend to use the photos, but if you're worried about keeping the rights to your photos locked down you might want to avoid using their service.  It's too bad, because that's a real turn-off for a lot of serious photographers.

As always, the lesson here is READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE before jumping into something.</description>
