  1. Brian, I left a comment at Thomas Hawk’s website you might want to read. What are your thoughts because I think tagcow could be cool, but I am a liitle weary.

  2. Sounds like a similar deal to Adobe’s pre-revised terms of service for Photoshop Express. I don’t know how they would intend to use the photos, but if you’re worried about keeping the rights to your photos locked down you might want to avoid using their service. It’s too bad, because that’s a real turn-off for a lot of serious photographers.

    As always, the lesson here is READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE before jumping into something.

  3. This really sucks because I really wanted to use the service. Occasionally someone will tag one of my photos in flickr and I’ll think “Duh, why didn’t I tag it that way to begin with?”.
