Oops, sorry. I missed the size request. This was taken using off-camera flash, which I replaced with an out of focus candle and then adjusted the color temp. Here is a smaller one, click on it for larger one and explanation. Feel free to delete my first post.

This is my niece's beautiful little baby girl. Taken with a Canon 50D. I used an on-camera flash (Speedlight 580) with a Gary Fong Whale Tail diffuser. Fill light was a Canon Speedlight 420 mounted on a stand, configured as a slave to the 580. Additional fill light was from a north facing window. B/W conversion done using Corel's Paintshop Pro X2.
