That first photo (the cover?) is amazing! And the second one from the bottom is truly inspiring in the way that it demonstrates the lengths Paul goes to in order to create awareness.

Taken in Alaska, which is the closest I have been to one of the poles. Hey, at least it's an animal! This was captured near sunset. That evening, there were many whales visible, though most of them were just visible as water spouts. This was one of the whales that actually broke the surface of the water.

Looks an impressive work and I love the cover photo! Iceland is within the Artic Circle but I guess it's close enough. This one's at Jokulrsarlon, the mythical glacier lagoon in South Iceland, and was taken in a very stormy morning when the weather cleared up a bit.
